About Us

C21V Structure and Leadership:

C21V is a public benefit corporation, incorporated in Delaware.

The core leadership team has over 120 years experience in operational leadership, project management and in deploying solutions in challenging environments. 

The Core Team presently consists of three directors sharing leadership and subject matter expertise responsibilities in the fields of renewable energy, training/logistics, engineering, finance and administration.

Team Story:

C21V members have worked from Rwanda to Afghanistan, Alaska to East Timor, and in the Middle East and Europe.  C21V came together progressively as we looked for integrated solutions to the communities we serve that respected and enhanced the environment.  

Our waste to energy facilities and eco-villages provide energy and housing solutions with zero to minimal emissions or impact on the environment. 

We designed C21V to be flexible, sustainable, regenerative and environmentally sound to uplift the communities we support.  We will enact these plans while constantly striving to improve our response and exceed client expectations.

Some of us have US or Australian military experience, whereas others are more recent from shared business experiences.   Our commitment to each other and to C21V is based on the shared values of honesty, integrity, continuous improvement and the resolve to never fail to deliver.

Meet the Team

Brendan Reilly

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founding partner of C21V, Brendan has over 30 years project management and leadership experience leading multinational and diverse teams. He has significant experience in managing outcomes in challenging and isolated developing world locations such as Rwanda, East Timor and Afghanistan.  He has worked continuously in close cooperation with development agencies and local national people from village elders up to national government level to achieve best practice solutions.  Brendan is a former soldier with the Australian Army and lives in France with his family.

Kurt Hamby

Communications Lead, responsible for C21V communications solutions sourcing, design and implementation and Team Point of Contact with our partner, Domes for the World. Kurt is American and lives in Florida where he owns an ICT systems, solutions and consultancy business, RSDI.  Kurt has delivered communications solutions to more than 100 remote sites supporting with the majority via renewable energy and wireless technologies. Kurt has also designed and deployed numerous fiber optics systems in difficult terrain including deserts, mountains and swamps, many accessible by helicopter and/or 4WD vehicles only. Over half these sites were ‘green field’ where Kurt also led site development including construction planning, energy and community sustainment activities.  Kurt is also involved with precision agriculture, deploying technologies enabling remote crop monitoring and management.

Angela Reilly

Chief Operation Officer (COO) and co-founder of C21V.  Angela is responsible for the day-to-day global operations of the company to include strategic planning, marketing, business development and efficient management of C21V’s operating facilities.  Prior to C21V, Angela served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a judge advocate and operations officer, serving in a variety of legal positions and managing offices and projects across the globe. She has bachelor of arts degree from Carleton College in Minnesota and received her J.D. from Indiana University at Bloomington. Angela lives in France with her family.
